چکیده
Since the late 1960s, a reform in mathematics education, which is currently known under name Realistic Mathematics Education (RME), has been taking place Netherlands. Characteristic for this approach to education that not seen as ready-made knowledge but an activity of learner. Although much written about big ideas and intentions RME, multiple RME-oriented textbooks have published, up now development thoroughly investigated. In research reported article, we traced how RME evolved over years. The focus our study was on early addition subtraction primary school. For this, studied core curriculum documents analyzed published between onset present. We found teaching principles were clearly reflected learning facilitators steadily present years, although some made concrete further detail. Furthermore, all also be textbooks, though cases other ways than originally intended. Our shows complexity process its implementation textbooks.

The trace of realistic mathematics education in the school mathematics in Iran
Abstract: In the late 70's, in reaction to both "New Math" movement in the United States and "mechanistic mathematics education" approach to mathematics education in Netherland, Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) has been introduced by Freudenthal and his colleagues. In this educational approach, Freudenthal considered mathematics as a human activity. Based on this approach, education should...
متن کاملCurriculum Materials in Mathematics Education Reform: A Framework for Examining Teachers’ Curriculum Development
This paper presents a model of teachers’ construction of mathematics curriculum in the classroom or their curriculum development activities. The model emerged through a qualitative study of two experienced, elementary teachers during their first year of using a commercially published, reform-oriented textbook that had been adopted by their district (Remillard 1996). The aim of the study was to ...

Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is introducing modelling and application as a research domain in mathematics education through reviewing related literature. The first purpose of this review is to give a more clear meaning of modelling and application, and base on that, makes the distinction between modelling in mathematics education & modelling in other scientific domains. There are so...

Factor analysis for Bernoulli variables and its application in the survey of the high school mathematics textbooks in Iran.
Nowadays factor analysis has been extended greatly, and one of its applications is to analysis the attributes which are not measurable directly. While the response variable has a Bernoulli distribution, using factor analysis method for continuous quantities leads to invalid and misleading results. Factor analysis for Bernoulli response variable base on Logit model is developed in this paper ...
